I am interested in the position of "Customer Relationship Manager" position because it seems to be very varied and challenging. As a motivated employee, I would like to apply the experience I have gained so far, andwhile at the same time develop my professional skills.
After completing my Business Management Master's degree, I continued my work in CRM. Since then I have been working as a CRM Manager at the company Test GmbH. From, and from day one I took responsibility for the conception and implementation of CRM campaigns, automated customer journeys, and transactional emails. As part of the agileAgile product team, I accompanied the communication-related product features from the research andstage, to the development of technical specifications, to implementation. I was also able to support my team in the complex introduction of a new system. In doing so, I demonstrated my communication skills and organizational skills by listening to the requirements of all stakeholders and responding to all theany specific needs during implementation.
